Outback Toyhauler Bonus Loft Travel Trailer

Outback Toyhauler Bonus Loft Travel Trailer

Something new and different has been added to the Outback line of trailers. You will like the dual action spaces, including the garage/master bedroom, a living area with king dinette and full size couch, and a bonus loft area.

A large garage in the rear of the Outback Loft accommodates all your motorized toys, with a ramp door on the curb side. Take the toys out of the garage, and the area becomes the large master bedroom with queen sized bed and LCD TV.

In front of the garage/master bedroom you’ll find a stairway to loft, and a roomy bathroom with shower, across from the kitchen. The front of the trailer is a dual living area with a huge dinette that converts to sleeping area, and a sofa slide-out that converts into a full sized bed.

The Outback Loft looks like no other RV. The second story extends up 6-feet, 3-inches above the roof when camping and retracts into the attic when you are on the road.

This is a 2008 trailer and should be available soon. Find dealers on the Outback Division website.

Outback Travel Trailer

Anyone who has read this blog for awhile knows that I haunt eBay, looking for another bargain like the Van/Travel Trailer duo we purchased for under $5000 a few years back. I want to be ready with my ideas if we somehow crawl out of debt and have the money for a new trailer.

I decided since I was looking anyway, I would highlight some nice RVs that I find. One of these is the Keystone Outback pictured below.

Keystone Outback 26 RKS

This new 2007 Keystone Outback is listed on eBay at the buy it now price of $16,900. The 2008 models are about $10,000 more. It is still covered under new warranty.

It has 2 inch welded aluminum framing with 4-layer sidewall construction with fiberglass exterior and an polyproplylene enclosed, insulated and wrapped underbelly to improve wind flow under the trailer for easier towing.

Floorplan Keystone Outback 26RKS

The layout is rear kitchen on one end and queen bedroom on the other. The large dinette in the slideout becomes a huge bed and the sofa also converts into a bed. If you have kids, this is a great way to sleep them without having to give up space for bunk beds. It has a large walk-through bathroom and lots of storage.

This is a steal. If I had the money, I would be planning my trip to Ohio to pick it up. Are looking for a new travel trailer? Click to View Listing on eBay!

Just Looking for One Good RV

I might as well admit it, we love looking at recreational vehicles. Class Cs, Diesel pushers, converted vans, updated or classic. I feed my need by hanging out at eBay, PPL Motorhomes, RV Trader and various RV forums. Good thing we do not have any money, because we could not decide what to buy.

2007 Coachmen Freelander Class C

The pretty rig above caught my eye. No slide, totally self-contained, lots of power and almost brand new. It is a Class C (cabover type RV).

30 feet with Rear Queen Bed

The earth tone color scheme looks great. When we purchased our travel trailer, the entire inside was pink. I have slowly replaced pink with blue, but there are still touches of pink, here and there.

The only thing I do not like about most Class C RVs, like this one, is that the shower in the hall placement. The toilet and sink are usually in one room and the shower is on the other side of the hallway. I guess the only other way to place the bathroom would be at the rear, and that breaks up the bedroom.

Here is my feed from eBay that alerts me to new RVs for sale.
