Beveilig Uw Identiteit met Lifelock

Ik weet u deze reclamespots voor hebt gezien lifelock: Mijn naam is Todd Davis. Mijn sociale voorzieningenaantal is 457-55-5462.

Baseball: It is Just a Fantasy

My brother-in-law became very involved in fantasy football a few years ago. I never understood how it worked, but he spent hours picking his players, trading them, and losing money on them. I think the players were just as real to him as his wife.

Recently, I read of the challenges of managing a fantasy baseball league. Why you would want to spend your nonworking hours on the computer, rather than coaching a little league team is a bit beyond me. I guess any activity that makes you use your brain is a good one.

Someone has developed a helpful tool to winning fantasy baseball leagues. Below I have posted the pertinent design features. You may want to try this out.

Fantasy Sports Prophet’s Fantasy Baseball software:

  • Is web-based, so you may access it from anywhere.
  • Ranks all the players based on predictive modeling programs developed by scientists.
  • Assists with draft picks with a draft assistance tool, which provides you with up-to-date data so that you may make the right decision about any player.
  • Manages a full season roster, complete with mid-season projections.
  • Allows access all stats, injury reports and major updates available,

If you are thinking of purchasing this software, use this 10% off special promo code: BMC200. If not, visiit the website and see about improving your fantasy life.

Speaking of Bikes: Beach Cruisers

While looking for information on the touring bike rides in my previous post, I happened upon CruiserStyle.com, a cool website for people who are looking for a cruiser bicycle, like the one below. One-speed is all I can handle and I love the whitewall tires. These bikes remind me of the bikes I had as a child. You could go anywhere as long as your legs held out!

26″ XYZ Deluxe Beach Cruiser for women in Vanilla

Truth be told, I still have a one-speed cruiser with fat tires because I feel most comfortable riding this style of bicycle. CruiserStyle has a bike, similar to the one pictured above, with seven gears for those high-tech bikers who know how to use them. I just never got the hang of it. They also have beach cruisers for men and children, including some stretch cruiser bikes. You have got to see these! The bike pictured above is available in flat pink, pink, and baby blue for $145. This is about 1/3 of what I spent on my son’s last bike, which was left to rust in the back yard.

If you want one of the bells like you had when you were a kid, a basket big enough to be useful, or fenders, they have all these accessories too. The only thing they were missing were the tassels for the handlebars that stream out when you are cruising. They are hard to find nowadays.

Well, I enjoyed this trip down my nostalgia bike lane, I hope you did too! Check out CruiserStyle.com if you are in the mood for a basic bike.

Postcards from the Road

I am the worst letter writer, including email letters, but I love to stay in contact with my friends and family. When we travel, I often buy postcards with the intention of mailing them to my loved ones. Somehow, I wind up with a big pile of postcards and my loved ones have no idea where I am.

VistaPrint offers many different services, including printing of postcards, address labels, magnets, checks and stamps! They will even mail them for you. This is a service more for businesses, but I sure could use it. I saw an offer for 100 free postcards, so I went to the site to see what it involved.

They have so many designs that you may search by keyword. I used “travel” as my key word and found the design pictured below.

Draft of VistaPrint postcard

You may upload your picture to use in place of the stock one. You may also easily change fonts and layout. Postcards are less expensive in regards to postage and use less resources than a letter, so I think this may be the way to go.

If you would like 100 free custom postcards, you must use the coupon code “BlogPostcards100” at checkout to receive the 100 free postcards from VistaPrint.

I can recommend VistaPrint because I have been using them for my business cards for years. I have never had a problem with the service or the product and using VistaPrint definitely saves you money.
