• Preliminary Panel line up for conference
• Lou Reed is the keynote speaker, March 13.
• Dolly Parton will perform on the BMI showcase at the Austin Music Hall on Friday, March 14.
• The Black Crowes will return to SXSW with a performance on Saturday, March 15
