2007-2008 Trout Stocking Schedule
In December 2007 through March 2008, Texas Parks and Wildlife Department stocks Texas lakes and ponds with Trout. Click to view the 2007-2008 Trout Stocking Schedule by county.
- Stocking dates are subject to change. Always contact the hatchery stocking location. Phone numbers for hatcheries are listed at the bottom of page.
- Trout anglers will need the $5 Freshwater Fishing Stamp, which is included in all freshwater license packages. Anglers under 17 years of age are not required to have a license and don’t need to purchase a stamp.
- Licenses and stamps are not required when fishing within a Texas State Park.
- Statewide Regulations: No Minimum Length Limit; Daily Bag = 5 trout
