Quick RV Notes for January
We just returned from our 2+ week vacation on the Texas coast. We discovered wonderful new places and will be posting soon, with pictures. Dealing with intermittent Wi-Fi hampered live, on-the-spot coverage, but we will catch up now.
Important RV Notes:
Road Notes for January is available. David has posted a complete list of Camping World stores and a directory of Wal-Mart discount stores and supercenters (more than 3,200 stores are listed by state).
Remember, not all Wal-Marts welcome RV campers to their parking lot overnight. Here is a link to the list of those rascally Wal-Marts that do not do not allow campers. If your journeys take you past one of these Wal-Marts, stop by and say “howdy!” and ask the manager “why do you not allow camping in your parking lot for RVers?” To allow or not to allow overnight camping is usually a local decision. Be nice, but explain to the manager how much money you spend at Wal-Mart per month. For me, its easy, I have a Wal-Mart card. Peaceful protest for positive people!
