Things I’ve learned from my Boys (honest and not kidding): الاشياء تعلمت من بلادي الاولاد (امينة وليس المزاح) :

1.) A king size waterbed holds enough water to fill a 2000 sq. 1). ملك حجم واتربيد يحمل ما يكفي من المياه لملء مربع 2000 ft. house 4 inches deep. 4 بوصة اقدام دار العميق.

2.) If you spray hair spray on dust bunnies and run over them with roller blades, they can ignite. 2) اذا كنت رذاذ الشعر رذاذ الغبار على الارانب ودهس لهم الرول وشفرات ، فانها يمكن ان تشعل.

3.) A 3-year old Boy’s voice is louder than 200 adults in a crowded restaurant. 3.) لمدة 3 سنوات صبي يبلغ من العمر صوت يعلو على صوت 200 من البالغين فى مطعم مزدحم.

4.) If you hook a dog leash over a ceiling fan, the motor is not strong enough to rotate 42 pound Boy wearing Batman underwear and a Superman cape. 4) إذا كنت هوك كلب المقود أكثر من مروحه سقف ، والمحرك ليست قوية بالدرجه الكافية لتدوير 42 الجنيه صبي يرتدي ملابس باتمان وسوبرمان الرأس. Another species is battling extinction in Texas. آخر انقراض الانواع تقاتل في ولاية تكساس. The Attwater’s Prairie Chicken, once more numerous than the buffalo, now number in the 40s. وقد attwater 'sالمرج والدجاج ومرة اخرى عديدة من الجاموس ، وعددها الآن في الأربعينات من العمر. The Attwater’s Prairie Chicken is actually a subspecies of a grouse called the Hearth Hen. وقد attwater 'sالمرج الدجاج فرعيا هو في الواقع من القنبره يسمى الموقد الدجاجه. We have failed our God-given mission. لقد فشلت وهبها الله لنا البعثة.

Visit the Attwater’s Prairie Chicken National Wildlife Refuge this spring. زيارة attwater 'sالمرج والدجاج والحيوانات البرية الوطني في اللجوء الى هذا الربيع. Maybe you will here the booming voice of the male for the last time. ربما انت هنا سوف المزدهره صوت من الذكور للمرة الاخيرة. Maybe this will be a good spring and the population will flourish. ربما يكون هذا جيدا في الربيع وتزدهر السكان. I hope to God that is so. وامل ان الله لذلك.

I found a new source for maps of the Texas coast and south Texas. لقد وجدت مصدر جديد للخرائط للساحل تكساس وجنوب تكساس. Texmaps publishes atlases, wall maps, specialty maps and has a wonderful selection of free maps Texmaps تنشر الأطالس ، الخرائط الجدار ، والخرائط والتخصص وقد راءعه اختيار الحرة الخرائط . Their digital mapping system is incredible. على رسم الخرائط الرقميه نظام لا يصدق.
